How DO You Start DOING What You Love?

Everyone that knows me knows that I love to write and it’s my first love. It was only last year that I decided to finally re-unite with it and it’s the BEST decision I ever made.

I started blogging for my business but at the same time, it opened a lot of opportunities for me to be able to offer that same service to my clients. I also realized that I am blogging to share what I learned. Because of that, I was able to conquer my fear of getting on videos and conduct Free VA training for new and aspiring VAs, thus, the ProfessionalVAs-Academy was born.

All of these realization just came to me very recently and I thought, maybe someone out there is also experiencing the same thing but doesn’t know where to start. What if you also feel the same? What if you also have an idea that you want to share but just scared to take the first step?

It’s not easy to embrace your dreams. In fact, it’s the hardest thing to do. But because it is difficult that we find more drive to embrace it. To pursue it. This little voice that we hear in our heads is already screaming. I WANT TO DO IT! So, why won’t you?

Do you often times find yourself awaken in the middle of the night and asking, “what if I do this”? Do you feel the urgency of starting something you really love doing but just need to hold back because of so many things that you have to consider?

You have to keep paying your bills, I get it. You have to feed your family and send your children to school. Yes, all of them are valid reasons. But have you ever thought of an alternative way of getting around it and still do what you want? Have you given it a more serious planning and thinking?

I already stalled my dream for so long because of those same reasons. Even my long time dream of writing a book that will impact people’s lives. I don’t know how to do it yet but that’s where we all start learning. By trying and doing what we don’t know.

We didn’t know how to write when we all first get to school, right? But because we tried everyday, practiced continually for years, we finally did it and became very good at it! To tell you the truth, my penmanship is still not that readable until now but I’m glad of computers that make writing for me easier and for you to be able to read what I write. 🙂

What I’m saying is, if you’re on that situation right now and you really want to do something, whether climbing mountains or juggling balls or singing in The Voice Talent Show or anything that you feel would make your life more meaningful, DO IT!

Don’t stall. Those are just excuses. Don’t let time pass you by. Before you knew it, you’re already 60 years old and you can’t bungee jump anymore! Enjoy life and just do what you want. You don’t have to do it full time in the beginning. You can do it in your spare time, after your day job or during the weekends.

What’s important is you’re doing something not to earn money but because you want to do it. You’re happy doing it and you want to make a difference out of your daily routine. By simply doing IT, you get to be inspired more and you get to inspire people in return.

Reaching one’s dream is contagious. It is very inspiring and it gives you more energy than you thought you have. It brings you LIFE.

That’s the same reason why I wrote the eBook, “How Did a Filipina VA Make it to US Market” (without leaving Philippines). To share the same message and be able to open the eyes of as many people as I can, including you. To let you know that there are more opportunity at home only if you know where to look and where to start.

To inspire as many people as I can and make YOU BELIEVE and HOPE and chase your DREAMS again. To tell YOU that you don’t have to go somewhere to earn a decent income. Right at home, there is hope. You just have to learn it the right way.

What’s stopping you from reaching your dreams today? Let me know in the comments below or send me a message. You may also join our Facebook group for more support and let’s inspire as many people as we can.
